Established event and sports marketing agency based in Atlanta seeks experienced operations manager.  As an applicant, you will implement and enforce procedure for warehousing, DoT/Fleet management, and field staff procurement (amongst other things).

You will support our account teams to ensure we operationally sound.

•Oversee maintenance of exhibit properties including trucks, trailers, displays and other assets related to the company’s event marketing business.
•Develop maintenance procedures, security policies and record keeping systems.
• Manage the warehouse and all related operational platforms.
• Oversee the development of new or refurbishment of existing mobile exhibits including specification review, sourcing and manufacturing oversight.
• Coordinate dispatch and develop fleet routes with account executives.
• Oversee and enforce safety compliance and (DOT) reporting.
• Oversee insurance compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws.
• Oversee vehicle licensing, permits and insurance.
• Enforce drug testing and compliance per federal standards.
• Manage and develop vendor/supplier relationships.
• Coordinate operational management team meetings.
