| Job Description: | We are currently planning a nationwide Mobile Vehicle Tour promoting our client’s soccer brand. These tours will travel throughout specific regions of the country to promote and execute nightly 3v3 tournaments for soccer crazy kids. These mobile units will work with local clubs, leagues and teams to execute tournaments that are not only well attended but exciting.
We are looking for individuals to serve as our Mobile Tour On-Site Event Managers. These individuals will be the primary, in-market representatives responsible for on the ground management and execution of each event on each tour. THIS IS AN 11 WEEK COMMITMENT beginning March 28th through JUNE 8th, 2006.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Promoting Nightly Tournament in each market.
• Execute each tournament – 4-5 per week.
• Keep energy of event high, kids playing, spectators involved and entertained.
• Manage and train Local Tournament Staff.
• Transport tour from city to city – vehicle and lodging provided.
• Document each event and report results to Chicago office.
• Communicate with leagues, parks, schools, and pertinent retail partners.
• Manage information for tournament and participation data entry system.
• Deliver client approved emcee talking points.
• Oversee event and field set-up, coach/team sign in, player registration, data collection procedures, shoe trial procedures and event tear-down. |
