| Job Description: | MusicMatters, the premier event marketing firm for the organic and natural products industry, is looking for a fantastic team leader in the Boston area to successfully represent our organic food client, and execute guerilla and event sampling for five weeks beginning in mid May.
Activities include, but are not limited to: training and managing in-market Brand Activist (BA) teams, coordinating day-of-event logistics, overseeing exhibit set-up and tear-down, connecting with consumers and engaging them with the product, overseeing product sampling initiatives, effectively evaluating events, caring for exhibit pieces, and representing MusicMatters and Client in a professional, well-organized, friendly manner.
This is not your typical promotions gig — we are looking for experienced, dedicated, responsible and passionate managers that believe in the products they promote. The desired individual must enjoy connecting with consumers, be detail orientated, and be accustomed to tight deadlines including long stretches of physical work. This is a temporary employee position that will run approximately 5 weeks. Hours will vary depending on event schedule for event days (5) but 20 eight hour guerilla days focusing on commuter traffic will be executed during the program timeframe.
