| Compensation: | $37,500 Per person or $75,000 per team |
| Job Description: | We are seeking Class A CDL Driver/Field Manager teams (2 people) to travel together and manage all field aspects of a 48 week mobile marketing program. This position is ideal for couples. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
: Travel up to 10 months per year
: Drive customized vehicle to and from each market (40’ trailer or bigger)
: Conduct site inspections of event locations
: Secure on-site intercept opportunities
: Daily set up, breakdown and set maintenance
: Train and manage local in-market staff when applicable
: Manage consumer sampling and all on-site logistics
: Maintain daily interaction and communication with the office
: Coordinate and manage tour inventory in regards to premiums, coupons, and tour supplies
: Daily administrative tasks such as expenses, event reporting and photography |
| Specific Requirements | Candidates must hold a Class A CDL license and possess good communication and people skills, be natural problem solvers, and be clean and professional in appearance. Candidates must also be willing to be on the road for weeks at a time and have clean driving records. Previous event marketing/tour experience, understanding of fuel and drivers logs, DOT regulations and mechanical savvy desired. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
The salary per team is a combined $75,000 annual salary or more if insurance is declined. In addition to the following Health and dental insurance will be covered in full
Also will provide workmens compensation insurance
$95.00 per night for hotel rooms per team
$35/per person daily meal allowance
$75.00/month cell phone allowance
$20.00/week laundry allowance
