Job Description :
DATES/HOURS: 4 weeks
Ø May 21 – June 17 (San Francisco)
Ø 5 days/week, 8 – 9 hours/day. Working days TBD – expect to work Sat & Sun. Working hours TBD – expect to work daytime hours and some nighttime hours depending on events.
o Your commute to first location and from last location not included in the 8-9 hour promo schedule. BAs are responsible for being at first location by start time and promoting until end time at last location – Your commute is your responsibility. To help out we included a little extra $$ in the salary meant to help cushion some of the BAs’ personal commute, especially on days when locations are farther from the center of the market.
ADDITIONAL PREPARATION:
Ø Set up: BAs may need to assist in picking up promotional vehicle, getting vehicle wrapped, picking up equipment, etc.
Ø Breakdown: BAs may need to assist in transporting vehicle to next destination, alterations to the wrap, returning equipment, etc.
Ø TRAINING: Extensive training will be required during an in-person paid training session. Details TBD.
Schedule will include different locations every day and will be a mix of different types of events. Your starting and ending location will be different each day.
Ø BAs will be responsible for transporting, setting up and caring for signage to be set up/displayed at events.
Ø Premiums will include literature, more items may be added
Ø There will be an Avocado Challenge component where consumers can taste food prepared both with and without avocado – let them taste how much better things taste with avocado.
Ø There will be an online component and BAs must drive consumers to visit client website. Should include a question and answer game where consumers can win prizes like t-shirts, etc.
Types of events will may include:
o Partnered Events are set up with retailers in advance. Some Partnered Events will involve Avocado sampling. Other Partnered Events may not involve sampling and will be focused on distributing literature and/or special coupons to that location, educating consumers, driving traffic to website, etc.
§ We may be working with a Catering Company who would attend Partnered Events & provide food for consumers to sample with and without avocado. BAs will assist Catering Company with food sampling or BAs may need to prepare & distribute avocado samples
§ BAs will set up displays & signage, execute the Avocado Challenge, educate consumers, distribute premiums, & fulfill any other requirements.
§ Partnered Events may also include larger events like fairs, festivals & farmer’s markets.
o Guerilla Events are not pre-planned and the locations will not expect the promotion to be there. Locations may include retailers, restaurants, businesses and large events.
§ Teams will visit the guerilla location, park Prius in high visibility location, and promote to consumers in parking lots, along walk ways, or the best method for the specific location.
§ Distribute premiums, educate consumers, drive consumers to client website, etc. Avocado sampling may be involved in some Guerilla Events.
o Events will be located in and around the major metro area including surrounding suburbs. Do not expect that the entire promotion will be scheduled in the center of the major metro area. Traveling to surrounding suburbs will be necessary.

Ø Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
o Basic responsibilities:
§ Follow daily schedule, attend all events, execute Avocado Challenge & other components at each event, set up displays including signage, engage & educate consumers, distribute premiums, drive consumers to client website, assist catering companies when food is sampled.
§ Be knowledgeable about the product, the different components of the promotion and the different types of events on the schedule. Meet each individual event’s specific requirements.
§ Always represent client as if client is there watching. Maintain excellent attitude and appearance at all times.
§ Be on time! Work all days and the full hours each day.
§ Take pictures each day. Each BA must e-mail at least 15 pictures to C2CModels every night.
§ Take direction from Coast to Coast Models and carry out all promotion requirements and special needs.
§ Maintain constant communication with Coast to Coast Models. Teams must check in with FCM rep at least twice a day and communicate all problems and issues as they happen, always keeping us informed.
Media Component
o The client plans to arrange for news reporters & other members of the media to visit events throughout the promotion. BAs must be prepared to represent the client to the media and must be prepared, professional, knowledgeable and on point at all times.
§ Public speaking skills and ability to concisely answer questions & communicate product knowledge is necessary.
§ Only certain BAs may be assigned and authorized to talk to the Media. Those BAs will be trained on Media procedures.
