National sampling tour delivering trail samples of consumer p good into hands of consumers at retail and large format events

Job Functions

Manage all operations on a day -to-day basis.

-Will be responsible for event set up, execution and tear down

- Supervision of local crew to execute events.

-Execute sell-in process for all venues
-Manage sampling process and quantity distribution at venues..
-Develop an on-going knowledge of product & understanding of sampling dynamics to ensure successful events.
-Contact event hosts to ensure event are executed on schedule.
-Audits sampling on a weekly basis to ensure distribution integrity.
- Deliver strategies effectively/efficiently to achieve client goals.
-Oversee large format events as well smaller events.
-Contact agency to secure local staff.  Once on-site, train and supervise local staff.
-Maintain inventory logs, expense reports & vehicle / DoT logs on a weekly basis.

-Report to website to download result tabulations and event documentation.

Job Requirements

-Clean, valid driver's license.

-Ability to drive SUV and / or SUV with smaller trailer

-Previous retail event experience

-Previous large format event experience

- Must feel comfortable interacting with consumers and event attending public

- Ability to multi-task.

-Ability to drive an oversized promotional vehicle
-Good relationship building skills.
-Ability to effectively manage inventory levels.
-Ability to work nights and weekends.

-Willingness and ability to work long hours
-2 years of management experience.
-Basic knowledge of computer programs.

-Ability to carry up to 40 lbs

-Ability to perform other physical /set-up activities on a daily basis

-Requires 100% travel
