Generally, checks are mailed 30 days after you have submitted an online timesheet (for this reason, make sure you submit your timesheet immediately following any event). Checks are mailed standard first class and should arrive within 3-14 business days.
You can confirm that your check has been released by referencing your online timesheet calendar; a
icon will appear on any timesheet record that has been paid.
If you have several timesheets that come due for payment around the same time period, we will usually combine the pay for those dates in one check. This means that you will receive pay for some of the dates before the standard 30 days. We do not guarantee that this will always be the case.
